We offer weekday, evening, and weekend hours to schedule your appointment. In most cases, same or next day scheduling is available.
We accept most major insurance plans and will submit your claim and any secondary claims on your behalf to your insurance company. Please confirm with your insurance company that the exam ordered for you is covered. Some tests may require pre-authorization either by you or your physician's office. You are responsible for any co-payment at the time of the exam or if you are self-pay, payment is expected at the time of service by cash, check, or most major credit cards. If needed, we can arrange a payment plan for you.
